Project Overview

I designed a Google AI-powered chatbot to improve search functionality within an enterprise communication platform. I enhanced the employee experience with faster answer discovery, reduced search abandonment, and enabled administrators to provide consistent and culturally relevant communication.

Key Issues

  • Limited search functionality causing frustration and search abandonment
  • Administrators lacked centralized and customizable communication tools
  • Employees needed faster access to company information and cultural content

Solutions

  • Implementation of Google AI-powered chatbot with natural language processing
  • Creation of FAB (Floating Action Button) for quick chatbot access
  • Added Command+F keyboard shortcut mimicking familiar search function
  • Designed 4-tab admin configuration: Settings, Documents, Source URLs, Q&A
