Project Overview

Empower store location managers using WorkJam with comprehensive reporting capabilities, using external applications to effectively visualize job data. Working with data analysts, the goal is to provide effective visualizations that enable location managers to effectively supervise and manage tasks from multiple locations.

My Contribution

As a product designer, I led the design of an intuitive interface in Google Data Studio and, more recently, Domo Data Experience, collaborating with data analysts to create tailored visualizations for WorkJam’s reporting tools. My focus on usability ensures an efficient experience, and my involvement in integration facilitates robust reporting for multi-location task management. Through feedback and iteration, I contributed to refining the design, emphasizing enhanced task performance analytics for informed decision-making.
