Project Overview
In 2022, I contributed to the creation of PunchingGrace.com, a bilingual (French/English) platform designed for boxing fans, both paying and non-paying members. The main goals were to increase the visibility of Quebec boxing, provide a secure platform for live event streaming, and build a loyal fan community. The project was developed from a customized WordPress template and optimized to support large-scale live broadcasts.
My Contribution
As the front-end developer and lead designer, I was responsible for:

Full site integration (HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress).

Video integration and setup of third-party tools (WP Members, Cleeng for ticketing, Brightcove for streaming).

Implementing full bilingual functionality with WPML.

Collaborating with JJEvolution’s technical team during live fight nights.

Providing real-time technical support during live events to ensure a seamless user experience.

Solving complex issues related to membership compatibility and payment integration.
The Solution

Basic SEO optimization to improve the visibility of the website and live events.
Results: The platform successfully attracted more subscribers, strengthened the visibility of Eye of the Tiger Management, and supported the smooth delivery of high-profile live boxing events.
